A little less spring in your step vault?

Aches, pains, and injuries are common in any sport, particularly the dynamic and demanding sport of parkour. The goal of Parkour Clinic is to provide clear, concise, and effective guidance for rehabilitation from any injury, to any level, for any traceur.

Online sports therapy

You might think a therapist needs to see you in person, but a detailed conversation and some guided self-tests can provide a lot of information for the assessment of common sporting injuries, and in turn, steer your rehab plan.

Whether you just need a nudge in the right direction, or a full-blown assessment, Parkour Clinic can help.

Free? What's the catch?

No catch! Parkour Clinic has a minimal cost to run, and allows me to put my sports therapy skills to good use in my spare time, while continuing my education and career development. The explosion of parkour's popularity was because anyone could do it; you didn't need expensive equipment, lessons, or spaces to get started. Parkour Clinic was created in that same spirit, as a way to give back to the parkour community.

For more detail on online therapy and why I provide it for free, check out the FAQ. If you like what I'm doing and want to show some love, you could always buy me a coffee.

About Me

Hi, I'm James. I'm who you'll be seeing at the other end of a webcam if you book a Parkour Clinic session. I was a personal trainer and parkour coach before graduating as a sports therapist, writing my undergraduate dissertation on the differences in parkour vaulting. I'm now pursuing a Masters degree to further my research into the biomechanics of parkour movement. Parkour was a big part of making me who I am today; now I hope to help it do the same for others.
